Review contact information

Stay up to date with your upcoming renewal. Make sure we have your current contact information.

Make sure your address, phone number, and email address are up to date. Our Customer Success Team will assist you with updating your information with the New York State of Health.

STEP TWO

Gather documents

Gather all the documents you need and keep them in a safe place. You may need:

  • Social Security numbers (or document numbers for legal immigrants who need health insurance)

  • Birth dates

  • Employer income for everyone in your family

  • Policy numbers for all current health insurance

  • Information about any job related health insurance available for your family
