RENTAL ASSISTANCE IS HERE FOR NEW YORKERS IN NEED

For New Yorkers, including undocumented New Yorkers, struggling with rent or facing possible eviction, help is here.

New York State Homes and Community Renewal has reopened the COVID rent relief program. Applications can be accessed here.

NYC Homebase providers continue to process and accept applications for those in rental arrears without regard to immigration status. Project Parachute is now covering those who are undocumented. New Yorkers can either call 311 and ask for the Tenant Helpline or you can go to the local Home Base provider. Click here for more information.

Emergency Rental Assistance Grants information can be found here.
