Dear Valued MetroPlusHealth Provider,

The New York State Department of Health is now offering training sessions in September, October, and November for the Person-Centered Planning Training Initiative.

These interactive Zoom trainings are 2.5 hours long and cover a wide range of person-centered topics, including the newest module that may be of interest to Human Resources Administration (HRA) or Local Department of Social Services (LDSS) staff.

Please note:

• Participants are required to have their cameras on and be engaged throughout the training session.
• Sessions fill quickly, so early registration is strongly encouraged.
