Important Update for Medicaid Managed Care, PIC, & HARP Members: Starting January 1^st, 2026, if you are on dialysis treatment and are taking an oral-only phosphate binder medication, you will be receiving your medication from your dialysis treatment center instead of from your pharmacy.

Oral-only phosphate binder medications are:

• calcium acetate
• Auryxia™
• ferric citrate
• Fosrenol®
• lanthanum carbonate
• Renvela®
• sevelamer carbonate
• sevelamer HCl
• Velphoro®
• Xphozah®
