Taking Care Of The Complete You

At MetroPlusHealth, good health means more than one thing. It is about taking care of your body. And, it is about how you think and feel.

You, or someone you love, may be stressed, anxious, lonely, or just feel down. These feelings are common. When we face tough times, we may need help to cope.

How you feel matters, so we have many ways to boost your mental and emotional health. We call these behavioral health benefits. They are for members of all ages. There are programs for children and for adults.

The programs focus on your behavior and habits. They can also treat members who need help with substance use. Our goal is to make you feel better and take care of “the complete you.”
