Meet Our New Flushing Community Resource Center
Join MetroPlusHealth as we celebrate the grand opening of our new Flushing Resource Center, located at 136-13 Roosevelt Avenue, Flushing, NY 11354. This new community hub is designed to connect residents with health plan information, member support services, health resources, and personalized assistance close to home.
To mark this exciting milestone, MetroPlusHealth will host a special kick-off event on Tuesday, September 22, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Community members are invited to stop by, meet the MetroPlusHealth team, learn about available health coverage options, and explore the many resources and services available to support their health and well-being.
