  1. Get $25 every quarter to spend on healthy groceries and over-the-counter items. Get food, groceries, toilet rolls, toothbrushes, other personal care items, and over-the-counter items at more than 3,500 stores. Every three months, we’ll put $25 onto your card ($100 total each year).*
  2. Earn up to $445 for doing healthy things1 Get a flu shot, see your primary care doctor, or other healthy activity. Reward dollars will be loaded onto your Wellness card.
