Status Update of OASAS Part 822 Comprehensive Outpatient Treatment Program (COP)

TO:  OASAS Part 822 Comprehensive Outpatient Programs (COP)

Dear MetroPlusHealth Provider,

Effective August 1, 2024 OASAS has directed programs to transition to the COPs rates codes, and it expects that all programs will be utilizing and paying according to the COP rate codes by November 1, 2024. MetroPlusHealth Plan is in the process of reviewing contracts to determine if any amendments are needed to support the OASAS COPs program.  MetroPlusHealth will be contacting you directly should an amendment be necessary.  The new rates codes will be reimbursed by APG methodology.  The new rate codes are as follows.
