MetroPlus Select Plan (HMO) for those eligible for Medicare Parts A and B and for NY State Full Medicaid*

MetroPlus Medicare Partnership in Care Plan (HMO) for those eligible for Medicare Parts A and B and living with HIV/AIDS*

MetroPlus Platinum Plan (HMO) for anyone eligible for Medicare Parts A and B*

* who live in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens and the Bronx and do not have End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD)
